Your mindset will make or break your home business

When growing a successful home business, it’s essential to have the right mind-set. You need to learn how to think and act in order to not come across as needy and desperate to your prospects. Either you get this right or you will never become the leader you need to be in order to survive as a networker.

Ok, the deal is this. As you get really good with this new mind-set you are mastering. Your business will really take off in just a few months. You will sponsor many, and as that network keeps getting larger, that’s when it will start. The voices will becoming out and more each day will follow. At first you don’t notice because they are so faint, but they will get louder.

The words of doubt like, “I’m not seeing the results I thought I would.” “Why can’t I sponsor anyone?” “I thought the system was suppose to do all the work for me?” They always start out like whimpers, and keep getting louder. This is called the doubter’s virus, and will happen in every network business eventually.

And really all I can say is, and this is crucial for your businesses survival, you are not in the slightest way resposible for the success of any of your distributor’s. That is their problem, and you need to remain focused and keep leading by continuing to grow your business. Block all doubter’s from entering your mind-set.

One thing you need to come to terms with is, the majority of your downline is going to fail, and there is not a thing you can do to stop it. Once that downline begins to really grow, eighty percent will fail and move on. This is just the way it works, and you are not to blame for something you have no control over, law of averages.

The other bunch, that other tewnty percent will follow by your example and get it done. So quickly learn how to cast away the emotions of the other one’s. When they continue to complain, don’t deal with them anymore until they change their attitude, and let them know about it in a nice way. I reccomend not even answering emails or returning calls from them.

And I’m dead serious. This is not rude, don’t let them plant the seeds of doubt and destroy your focus, and sabotage your success and dreams. Real leaders set the rules when it comes to the people and behavior they allow in their lives. Learn to protect yourself from the doubter’s.

When you start to see who the leaders are in your business, let them know that without competition, there would be no demand for their business. Kill that doubter’s attitude as soon as possible, then keep your eye’s and ear’s open. You can make this a whole lot easier on yourself by using a proven marketing system that everyone can pickup on quickly. Then their is no excuses, only new idea’s.
