MLM Marketing Strategies Are Totally Different

MLM Marketing is very different than the type of marketing taught in school or in the conventional business model. And that’s why so many don’t get positive results from their marketing efforts.

What I see happening so many times is that people who are used to the conventional ways of marketing deliver the absolute wrong message to the multi-level marketing crowd.

Firstly instead of selling you have to take the roll of problem solver. The network marketing industry is built primarily by people looking for answers to their financial problem. It’s no different then a conventional business owner looking for business success that will bring him or her the better things in life for their family. But the message that needs to be delivered has to be completely different.

First the MLM marketer has to understand that the big difference is that the product in network marketing is not the product the company is offering. The actual product is freedom. Many MLM marketing representatives flat out just get this part wrong. They fall into the trap thinking that the company’s wonder product is just going to fly out the door because it is so fantastic. (and they usually are.) And that people will be so enthralled about this latest or greatest new blah, blah blah, that they will have people jumping up and down whipping out their credit card to sign-up.

What network marketers need to understand is that the latest, greatest new, vitamin, skincare product or whatever are merely the vehicles used to create financial freedom.
